Vol. 238 No. 16

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Royal Hospital, Kilmainham (Dublin).

41.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will consider converting the Royal Hospital, Kilmainham, into a concert hall; and what are the present plans for this building.

As the House was informed when the Royal Hospital (Kilmainham) Act, 1962, was being passed, the hospital will be used as part of the National Museum when restoration works have been completed. The building would not be suitable for use as a concert hall.
