asked the Minister for Lands the present position regarding the Lissiniskey estate, Toomevara, County Tipperary.

Proceedings have been instituted by the Land Commission for compulsory acquisition of this 150-acre property and an objection lodged by the owners is at present pending for disposal. In the meantime negotiations on price have been initiated without prejudice to the outcome of the objection.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission have now completed the acquisition of the Donovan or Grant estate at Gurtagarry, Toomevara, County Tipperary.

Proceedings for the compulsory acquisition of this 250-acre property have reached the stage where an objection lodged by the owner has been disallowed, and an appeal against the price fixed by the Land Commission is now awaiting disposal.
