Vol. 240 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Old Age Pensions.

33.

asked the Minister for social Welfare if any decision has been reached concerning the payment of old age pensions at the age of 65 years.

The Social Welfare (Amendment) Bill, 1969, which was introduced last January and which it is hoped to have ready for circulation soon will provide, inter alia, for a limited scheme of retirement pension for insured persons at age 65.
