asked the Minister for Local Government if, in view of the continued failure to place the Bellevue Estate, County Dublin, in a condition to be handed over to the County Council for taking in charge, he will now invoke his powers under the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963, and issue an enforcement order against the developers.
Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Taking in Charge of County Dublin Estate.
4.
The Deputy appears to be referring to part of the Mount Belton Estate. This estate lies partly in the administrative area of the Dún Laoghaire Corporation and partly in the Dublin County Council area, and from preliminary inquiries I have made there does not appear to be any special problem about the taking of completed sections of the estate in charge. I have, however, asked for reports from the planning authorities and when I have received these I will consider whether any action on my part is warranted. I will inform the Deputy of the outcome.
