asked the Minister for Education (a) the total amount paid for advertising by his Department for the years ended December, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968 to the Cork Examiner, the Irish Press, the Irish Times, the Irish Independent and the Farmers' Journal.

The information sought is not readily available but is being abstracted from the Department's records. It will be forwarded to the Deputy as soon as it is available.
