(South Tipperary) asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state in respect of Tallow, County Waterford, (a) the present position regarding public toilet accommodation, (b) the number of derelict buildings, and (c) the number of approved applicants waiting to be provided with housing accommodation.

A proposal by Waterford County Council for the provision of a public sanitary convenience at Tallow is under consideration in my Department.

Particulars of the number of derelict buildings in Tallow and of the number of approved applicants awaiting to be provided with housing accommodation in the town are not available in my Department.
