Cost-benefit techniques are being employed as far as practicable in the general appraisal of the expenditures in the public capital programme. It is hoped that this appraisal will be completed during the coming year.
A decision regarding the extent and form of publication of the results will be taken when the various reports on the individual expenditures are available.
