Vol. 241 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cabinteely (Dublin) Child Health Clinic.

14.

asked the Minister for Health if he will state with reference to his reply of 8th July, 1969, if the Dublin Health Authority have as yet negotiated a lease for a site for a child health clinic at Cabinteely; and when the erection of this essential facility will be completed.

The negotiations for the lease of the site mentioned in my reply of 8th July last were not successful but I understand from the Dublin Health Authority that the county council have now offered them a suitable site.

The health authority intend to erect a health centre larger than that originally envisaged which will include accommodation for a variety of health services in addition to child health clinics. They expect the health centre will be in operation next spring, assuming my approval is given to the plans.
