As I stated in reply to a question on the 23rd October, I expect that the report will be furnished to me about the end of this month.
I cannot agree that there has been any undue delay in producing this report. The investigations which were necessary ranged over a wide field and it must be remembered that the members of the committee had to attend to the duties connected with their ordinary whole-time employment. Their work on behalf of the committee could be carried out only in their spare time and when the exigencies of their normal duties permitted.
