asked the Minister for Health if he will state in view of recent developments arising from the Health Bill whether there are adequate safeguards regarding remuneration and conditions of employment of existing staff of the Central Mental Hospital in the event of their opting to transfer to some other authority; and if not, if he will take such steps as are necessary to provide adequate safeguards.
