asked the Minister for Justice the number of persons who were deported from this country in the past five years as being undesirable aliens; and the number of non-natives who were granted Irish citizenship in the same period.

In the five-year period ended 31st December, 1969, eight persons were deported from the State. In the same period 361 persons were granted Irish citizenship.
