Revised delivery arrangements in the area in question were introduced recently. Because of some initial difficulties there has been delay in the commencement of delivery. The difficulties have been largely overcome and when the new arrangements become fully effective delivery in the area will commence before 11 a.m. and will be completed earlier than previously.
