Committee on Finance. - Merchandise Marks (No.2) Bill, 1969: Financial Resolution.

The Dáil went into Committee on Finance to consider a certain Financial Resolution.

I move:

That it is expedient to make provision for the charging of such fees in relation to the consideration of certain applications by the Merchandise Marks Commission as the Commission with the sanction of the Minister for Finance may fix under any Act of the present session to make provision in relation to the informative marking of containers in which goods are packed for sale by retail, to regulate the quantities of goods which may be packed in containers for such sale and to provide for matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
