22.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state in respect of each person who ceased to hold office as Taoiseach, Minister or Parliamentary Secretary in the period from 1st April, 1957, to date the annual amount of pension currently payable.

23.

asked the Minister for Finance the rate of pension payable in respect of ministerial or Parliamentary Secretarial office to each person who ceased to hold such office during the period since April, 1957.

24.

asked the Minister for Finance the rates of pension payable to persons who ceased to hold office as Minister or Parliamentary Secretary since 1st January, 1951.

NOTE: The grant of a Ministerial or Secretarial pension under the Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices Act, 1938 as amended by subsequent Acts is subject to application therefor being made to the Minister for Finance. A pension is payable from the date of leaving office if application is made within six months of that date, otherwise it is payable only from the date of the application.
