Vol. 247 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Kerry School.

31.

asked the Minister for Education if he will supply school transport to Castlemaine national school from Rockhill as 17 children would avail of it.

An application for the provision of a transport service to Castlemaine national school was investigated recently. It was found that there were only nine children in the district in question who would be eligible under the age/distance regulations for conveyance to the school. This number is not sufficient to warrant the provision of a transport service.
