The utilisation of the handball alleys at Coláiste Caoimhín, Glasnevin, is primarily a matter for the Office of Public Works. I would, however, be opposed to any proposal to grant a letting of the alleys in view of their close proximity to my Department's offices and the already serious trespassing problem in these grounds.
