The total amount of State grants paid by my Department to the Borough of Dún Laoghaire Vocational Education Committee for the financial year 1969-70 was £106,870. The grants for 1970-71 were calculated on the basis of a payment of £146,734 being made. The actual payment will be governed by the position which is disclosed by the committee's annual financial statement for the year. 1969-70.
