Vol. 248 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Home Help's Salary.

9.

asked the Minister for Health if a person (name supplied) employed as a home help for the past four years with Dublin Health Authority has not received any increments in salary during that time; and if her weekly wage is £3 18s per week.

I have no function in relation to the employment of home helps who, while recruited by the local health authority, are paid out of public assistance funds.

I am, however, informed by the Dublin Health Authority that the person in question is paid £7 10s a week for limited domiciliary services to two people.
