asked the Minister for Finance the names of persons nominated to serve on the Savings Committee and the terms of their appointment.

With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to circulate with the Official Report a tabular statement giving the information sought by the Deputy.

Following is the statement:

Mr. H.E.F. Hall (Chairman):

Former President of the Federation of Irish Industries.

Mr. R.G. Barry:

General Manager and Secretary of Cork Savings Bank.

Mr. T.J. Brangan:

Former member of the National Executive of the National Farmers' Association.

Miss M. Gahan:

Member of the Executive Committee of the Irish Country-women's Association.

Senator Neville Keery:

Assistant Secretary, Trinity College.

Mr. Denis A. McCambridge:

Chairman, D.P. McCambridge & Co. Ltd.

Mr. P.J. Meghan:

Vice President of Muintir na Tíre.

Mr. D.F. Murphy:

Worker Representative on the Labour Court.

Mr. R. Murphy:

Manager, Bunclody Co-Op. Society.

Mr. Owen Patten:

Promotions Executive to Irish Livestock and Meat Commission.

The chairman and members are appointed for an indefinite period on a voluntary basis.
