The percentage of insured persons on the live register at mid-June, 1970 was 7.6, the corresponding figure for mid-June, 1969 being 5.6.
The average percentage of insured persons on the live register rose from 5.6 in 1965 to 6.1 in 1966 and 6.7 in 1967. For 1968 this figure was also 6.7 while for 1969 it declined to 6.4.
