asked the Minister for Local Government if he will give particulars of water and sewerage schemes submitted to his Department by Wicklow County Council; the date on which each proposal was received; the stage each is at; and when he expects to be in a position to sanction each proposal.

Having regard to the necessity to conserve available capital for housing and other essential services only those sanitary services schemes of the highest priority can be allowed to proceed at the present time. A decision in respect of the schemes in the statement coming within this category will be conveyed to the local authority as soon as possible.
