Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Anglo-Irish Agreement.

1.

asked the Taoiseach if the 1938 Anglo-Irish Agreement gives the British Government any right to restrict or control guns imported into the Republic; and, if so, if he will give details.

Neither the Anglo-Irish Agreement of 1938 nor any other agreement to which this country is a party contains any such provision and there is no question of any foreign governments having or claiming any such right.
