Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to establish a body to be known as An tÚdarás um Ard-Oideachas, to define its powers and duties and to provide for related matters.

Tuesday next.
On a point of order, the House has been cluttered up with Bills which have been taken in the First Stage and there is no hope whatever of taking them for months to come.
That does not seem to be a point of order.
It is very relevant to the statement that was made that the Minister wants to take the Bill next Tuesday. He has not a hope of any sort of taking it next Tuesday and he knows that as well as I do.
