Vol. 249 No. 9

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 3, 20 and 21.

I understand that a Private Notice Question which I put down was disallowed on the grounds that it was not in order under the urgency requirement of Standing Orders. Since then I have discovered that personnel have been laid off in the Hibernian Transport Company. In those circumstances I submit that there is a question of urgency. I give notice that I propose, with your permission, to raise the matter either on the Adjournment or as a Private Notice Question.

The Chair will communicate with Deputy Cosgrave.
