asked the Minister for Health if he will state in respect of each State-sponsored body under the aegis of his Department (a) the number of managerial staff above the level of departmental supervisor; and (b) the number of male and female employees below that level.

6.

asked the Minister for Health the annual salary payable as at 1st March, 1971, to the chief executive of each of the State-sponsored bodies under the aegis of his Department.

In relation to certain other bodies in respect of which the Minister for Health has functions:—

(i) Bodies concerned with the registration etc. of medical practitioners, dentists and opticians—staff employed is very small and the Minister has no functions in regard to their remuneration; (ii) Hospitals Trust Board—The secretarial services are provided on an agency basis by the Bank of Ireland; (iii) Hospitals—Salaries are in accordance with those applicable in the voluntary hospitals generally.
