asked the Minister for Justice if he is satisfied that a prisoner (name supplied) at present in Mountjoy jail is being allowed the conditions normally appropriate to a person accused of a crime of which he has not yet been found guilty.

The answer is "yes" apart from the fact that in the interests of safe custody the prisoner concerned is not allowed to associate with other remand prisoners.
