I move:
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to make further provision in relation to banks and banking, including provision for the licensing and supervision of banks by the Central Bank of Ireland, to amend and extend the Currency and Central Bank Acts, 1927 to 1964, and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
