Since I have laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas a statement in the matter to which the Deputy refers. I do not see the necessity for another statement. The reason why I have decided not to make an order, namely, that I am satisfied that there has been voluntary acceptance of the Commission's recommendations, is set out in the statement already laid before the House.
