Under the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963, planning permission would be required for any house erected in the past year on the Galway-Carraroe Road unless permission for its erection had been given under a previous Planning Act. If the Deputy has any particular house in mind I will have the matter looked into if he will furnish me with the necessary particulars.
