In view of the grossly unsatisfactory nature of the Minister's reply I asked permission to raise this matter on the Adjournment. It was not possible for you to grant that permission on the day in question but you informed me that I could raise it on the next sitting day. I now so raise it and ask your permission to raise the matter on the Adjournment.
