I move:
That it is expedient to make provision for the charging of such fees or expenses as are approved by the Minister for Labour where required by the Act hereinafter first mentioned in respect of services rendered by persons carrying on the business of an employment agency in accordance with a licence granted on or after the commencement of any Act of the present session to provide for the control and regulation by the Minister for Labour of employment agencies, to make provision relating to the seeking of persons for employment outside the State and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
