The administration of the valuation code is under the law the responsibility of the Commissioner of Valuation. I, as Minister for Finance, cannot enter into individual cases. Questions relating to the rating aspect of a property are likewise for the rating authority, in this case Dublin Corporation. I would suggest that the Deputy might get in touch with these authorities for a full and comprehensive report in this case.
