A scheme for division of this 80-acre property was approved some time ago but the approved allottee refused part of the lands and this necessitated the framing of alternative proposals. To date it has not been found possible to reach agreement with any suitable applicant.
Just now I am unable to say more than that work is going ahead on plans for disposal of the lands.
