asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the position regarding the acquisition and allocation of the McIlwaine estate, Mullanavane, Donaghmoyne, County Monaghan.

The Land Commission have no proceedings for the acquisition of this property.

36.

asked the Minister for Lands the number of estates compulsorily acquired in County Monaghan during the last three years; and the name and location of each.

The particulars requested are in the form of a tabular statement which I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to circulate with the Official Report.
