I move:
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to amend certain enactments relating to elections of the President, members of Dáil Éireann and members of Seanad Éireann, and the taking of a Referendum.
