asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries the steps being taken to train agricultural advisers in the techniques of socio-economic advice in accordance with the EEC directive which will come into operation in this country in April, 1973; if he has discussed the matter with the advisers' representatives; and if he expects to have a service in operation which will qualify for EEC aid by April, 1973.
