Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dental Benefits.

122.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare whether the widow of an Army captain (name supplied) is entitled to benefit under any scheme of dental benefit applicable to retired members of the Defence Forces.

Benefit under my Department's dental benefit scheme is available only to persons who are themselves insured under the Social Welfare Acts and who satisfy certain contribution conditions. It is not available to the dependants or survivors of such persons.
