The proposal to which the Deputy refers was adopted by the Council of EEC on 28th February, 1972, as Regulation No. 442/72. It related to commitments undertaken by the Community in 1970 to supply skim milk powder to certain food aid programmes. These commitments were discharged in June, 1972, and concerned only the Governments of the Six.
