asked the Minister for Labour if he will state the number of redundancies, according to occupation, in the period August, 1971 to date in the form of a reply of 2nd November, 1971.

The numbers of redundancies notified under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 and 1971 in the period 1st August, 1971, to 31st October, 1972, classified by Industrial, etc. groups, were as follows:—
