The intention is to sit from 10.30 a.m. to 5 p.m., but if it appears as business progresses that it is unlikely we can conclude the business by 5 p.m., the position will have to be reconsidered.

Will the referenda on the 7th December still take place? Is there any possibility that the referenda might not take place on 7th December?
The referenda will go on as planned at the moment. I have not got a crystal ball about these things.
In that event, may we assume that the Dáil will be sitting next week and not on the day of the referenda?
That is the intention.
They will be busy counting the votes and the non-votes on Friday.
