asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if a recent newspaper article (details supplied) indicating a capital gain of £200 million on the Irish Stock Exchange took into account, for the period referred to, losses to investors from closures and failures to make profits during the same period.

I have no information as to what considerations were taken into account by the writer of the article in computing the figure of £200 million.
