asked the Minister for Justice whether any repeal of the Vagrancy Act is under consideration.

70.

asked the Minister for Justice if he has any plans to repeal or amend the Vagrancy Act.

71.

asked the Minister for Justice if, and when, he proposes to repeal the provisions of the Vagrancy Act, 1824, and if he will agree that such a repeal is long overdue.

With your permission a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 69 to 71 inclusive, together.

The state of the criminal law is a matter which is kept under constant review and, according as I have any proposals for amendments or repeals, I will bring them before the Oireachtas in the ordinary way.
