My Department have maintained close contact with interested bodies here on draft EEC regulations and directives as circumstances have required and all necessary consultations have taken place in relation thereto.
I am satisfied that this is the best and most practicable procedure and fully meets the needs of the situation. No useful purpose would be served by the circulation of all drafts, the majority of which are of no direct significance here.
