I am not clear what particular agricultural export marketing legislation the Deputy may have in mind but, generally speaking, any existing provisions in that sphere which are not in conformity with the EEC legislation will be revoked as from 1st February, 1973, by virtue of our recent European Communities Act. In certain cases, orders under that Act will have to be made additional to existing legislative provisions here in order to supply the means of implementing EEC legislation fully.
