Apart from normal assignments made by the Civil Service Commission to fill vacancies there has been only one addition to the staff of my Department since 15th March, 1973, namely, a personal secretary appointed by me in an unestablished capacity in my private office.
No staff are employed by my Department specifically on duties connected with public relations.
