Could the Minister even give us rough figures? In how many areas have the rates been reduced?

I am sorry, I have not got that.

Is it not a fact that it has not happened at all?

If what Deputy Andrews——

I am asking the question. This is a rates fraud.

If what Deputy Andrews is asking is was there a reduction of rates this year, in many cases there was a reduction of up to and over £1 in every £, which is quite a substantial reduction.
