The number of additional staff appointed in my Department since 15th March, 1973, is four. These are— one Personal Assistant in the Minister's Office and three General Service posts in Local Administration Division and Typing Section.
With regard to changes in personnel, staff are being moved all the time to suit the organisational needs of the Department. There were about 12 such changes since the 15th March, 1973.
There is no officer employed specifically on public relations duties.
