Vol. 265 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Arus an Uachtaráin Grounds.

125.

asked the Minister for Finance if, in view of the fact that a new President will be elected in the near future, he will avail of the opportunity to transfer some of the grounds of Arus an Uachtaráin to the Dublin Zoological Gardens as recommended by the Bolton Street students in their survey last year.

Mr. Kenny

The recommendation referred to as well as the other recommendations in the report on the survey of the Phoenix Park are still under consideration. I am not in a position to say at this stage what decisions are likely to be taken arising out of the report.
