I wish to inform the House that the following persons have been selected as Representatives and Substitutes from Ireland to the Twenty-Fifth Ordinary Session of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe which will open in Strasbourg on 14th May, 1973:
Representatives—Deputies Edward Collins, Gerard Collins, Barry Desmond and John O'Leary.
Substitutes—Senator Seán Brosnan, Deputies Desmond Governey, Henry P. Dockrell and Thomas Hussey.
