l regret that it is not possible at this stage to give a date when final building sanction will be given in this case.
I will be meeting a deputation from the hospital board on 18th July next to discuss the situation. The Deputy can rest assured that it is my intention to expedite the matter and to reach the building sanction stage as quickly as possible.
